Most of the questions regarding transporting your vehicle are identified in our car shipping blog. It is our pursuit to help you with every question you may have about shipping your vehicle no matter where it’s destination may be.

But for specific answers regarding moving a automobile to or from Anaheim, California, read on.

Our procedure to booking the delivery of your vehicle is simple. It can be broken down into three steps.

What’s the process for transporting my vehicle from Anaheim, California? Great question. Our first step is to book your transport so your move team can start searching the most ideal transport for your automobile.

They do have to take into consideration the size, weight, height and type of truck you are scheduling, which primarily are open and closed options.

We will need general information about your vehicle like the VIN number, year, make and model of each vehicle you are transporting. This provides the information we need to properly assign your vehicle on a carrier.

We will provide you a free transport quote that includes the entire expense required to transport your car from pick up to delivery. Our prices are guaranteed and do not increase for any reason unless you make changes to your car transport.

The second step in the process is pick up of your auto. In almost all cases, we will pick up at your doorstep in Anaheim, California and deliver to the designated destination you gave us when you booked your move.

The most common things that we run into when picking up from a home are local regulations on driving a transporter into the neighborhood. If there are no problems regarding driving a truck then we pick up from the address you provided when you scheduled your transport.

Once your transporter arrives, you will do a walk around of the car with the driver. You both will sign the Bill of Lading that specifies any existing chips, damage or dents. After you receive a copy of your Bill of Lading, they will load the vehicle, secure it and prepare it for transport from Anaheim, California. Once it’s loaded on the transporter the driver will start their journey to the next destination.

Because a driver moves more than on auto at a time, he/she may have more pick ups and deliveries to make prior to your car reaching its final destination.

As the time nears for your vehicle to arrive, your driver will contact you. It is difficult for a transporter to know exactly when they will arrive before they get closer to the destination because of the many elements that can slow their progress. This includes traffic, weather and federal guidelines regarding rest and how long drivers can actually be on the road.

Normally, you should hear from your driver typically within the last 24 hours before your vehicle is scheduled to arrive. Although we have made it clear to our drivers we prefer as much advance notice for our customers as possible, we do know sometimes they don’t know when they will arrive until just a few hours before they get to their destination.

When the auto carrier arrives, you will repeat the same inspection that was done when the vehicle was picked up. The transporter will have a copy of the Bill of Lading for you to compare pre-existing damage marked during your pick up inspection. You’ll look over the car again to ensure the car looks good and then sign the document. The driver will give you a copy for your records.

So transporting your auto to or from Anaheim, California can be a reasonably effortless process. We always strive to make sure to make the entire experience pleasant for every customer.

Why should I ship my car to Anaheim, California?

I work for a high-end car dealer and we have been using United for some time now. Every time we shipping a car we get quotes from a few different companies, but we always seem to come back to these guys. They always have a good price and we know that they are going to do a fantastic job. Over the years we have had some minor issues, but the great thing about these guys is that they communicate well and solve the problems. I defiantly recommend these guys for shipping your vehicles.

I don’t know why i have to learn things the hard way:( I went with the cheapest company and they didn’t show up to pick up my car. I tried calling them all day long and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I had already given them a deposit and so then i had to go through the hassle of doing a chargeback. They had four-stars, so i thought i was good. I started calling around and i found joe with United Car Shipping. He was really nice and explained why the other company couldn’t get a driver to pick up my car. Joe was awesome and he got a driver to come out the next day. Everything worked out and i was very happy with this company. I ended up paying a couple hundred dollars more, and it was worth it! These guys are really nice and the understand how to communicate. Thumbs up for United!

Anaheim (/ˈænəhaɪm/) is a city in Orange County, California, part of the Los Angeles metropolitan area. As of the 2010 United States Census, the city had a population of 336,265, making it the most populous city in Orange County and the 10th-most populous city in California.[14] Anaheim is the second-largest city in Orange County in terms of land area, and is known for being the home of the Disneyland Resort, the Anaheim Convention Center, and two major sports teams: the Anaheim Ducks ice hockey club and the Los Angeles Angels baseball team.

Anaheim was founded by fifty German families in 1857 and incorporated as the second city in Los Angeles County on March 18, 1876;[1] Orange County was split off from Los Angeles County in 1889. Anaheim remained largely an agricultural community until Disneyland opened in 1955. This led to the construction of several hotels and motels around the area, and residential districts in Anaheim soon followed. The city also developed into an industrial center, producing electronics, aircraft parts and canned fruit. Anaheim is a charter city.[15]
