Arkansas Auto Transport Services

United’s network of highly qualified drivers deliver both open and enclosed auto transport services to and from the state of Arkansas.

The most popular questions people have when looking for the best car shipping company in Arkansas are largely about about how much and how it’s done. we’ll going to answer those questions in this article.

How Much Does It Cost to Ship My Car To or From Arkansas?

The typical price to ship a vehicle within the United States will depend on the type of trailer you favor enclosed or open, how far it’s going, and your pick up and delivery preferences. It costs around $2.50 per mile to ship a car less than 200 miles, but costs around 75 cents a mile to move a standard vehicle 1,000 miles or more.

Some of the things we consider include:

• how many miles the auto must travel
• the most acceptable time to pickup and deliver your auto
• current cost for fuel
• supply and demand for carriers

About Your Quote

The quote you get from us will always be inclusive of all expenses required to transport your car. Some vehicle shipping companies will quote a low price just to get a signature on an agreement only to jack up the price after you’ve given a deposit, or worse, when your car is being picked up.

Our bids are all-inclusive and only change if you make alterations that affect the cost. Online quote forms can only estimate your actual transport costs so it’s always best to speak directly to the vehicle transport company yourself.

Open and Enclosed Transport

There are several types of transport carriers that move our client’s vehicles to and from Arkansas. We offer both open and enclosed carriers to serve the many needs of our patrons. Below you’ll find a detailed list of the benefits of each.

Open Carrier

Open carrier transport simply means moving your vehicle on a truck that doesn’t provide any enclosure to protect it from everyday environmental elements. This is how most vehicles are delivered to car dealerships. It is also the most common type of transporter on the road and a safe way to transport your auto.

There are more open carriers operating on the road than any other type of transporter so that makes open transport the least expensive manner to move your car. This also means we have more open transporters traveling through Arkansas at any given time so pickup times are often more flexible.

Enclosed Car Transporters

Shipping your car in an enclosed truck gives you the ultimate confidence. As the name suggests, enclosed auto transporters provide the highest degree of protection from weather, elements, rocks or any other possible threat.

As a bonus, enclosed auto carriers often have more experience with expensive vehicles. The most common autos moved in an enclosed carrier are antique, collectible or classic cars and motorcycles. They also transport:

• vehicles from auto auctions
• vintage race cars
• auto show transport
• exotic vehicle show transport
• antique and classic cars (as I mentioned above)

The cost of shipping a vehicle on an enclosed truck is greater because there are fewer enclosed trucks available and they can not transport as many vehicles on their carrier as an open transport can.

Motorcycle Shipping To or From Arkansas

Motorcycle Shipping by UnitedWe do also offer bike and motorcycle shipping across the county and internationally. We also ship dirt bikes and ATVs door-to-door to almost any location worldwide. Typically motorcycles are transported in an enclosed transporter.

We found a great company

I work for a high-end car dealer and we have been using United for some time now. Every time we shipping a car we get quotes from a few different companies, but we always seem to come back to these guys. They always have a good price and we know that they are going to do a fantastic job. Over the years we have had some minor issues, but the great thing about these guys is that they communicate well and solve the problems. I defiantly recommend these guys for shipping your vehicles.

I don’t know why i have to learn things the hard way:( I went with the cheapest company and they didn’t show up to pick up my car. I tried calling them all day long and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I had already given them a deposit and so then i had to go through the hassle of doing a chargeback. They had four-stars, so i thought i was good. I started calling around and i found joe with United Car Shipping. He was really nice and explained why the other company couldn’t get a driver to pick up my car. Joe was awesome and he got a driver to come out the next day. Everything worked out and i was very happy with this company. I ended up paying a couple hundred dollars more, and it was worth it! These guys are really nice and the understand how to communicate. Thumbs up for United!
