But for specific answers regarding transporting a vehicle to or from Chandler, Arizona, read on.
Our procedure to booking the delivery of your car is streamlined. It can be divided into 3 parts.
1) PRELIMINARY STEPS TO CAR SHIPPING
What’s the process for transporting my vehicle from Chandler, Arizona? Great question. Our first step is to schedule your move so your move team can start looking the most ideal transport for your car.
They do have to take into consideration the size, weight, height and type of transporter you are needing, which primarily are open and closed options.
We will need basic details about your shipment like the VIN number, year, make and model of each vehicle you are moving. This provides the information we need to properly place your vehicle on a transporter.
We will provide you a free shipping quote that includes everything required to transport your car from pick up to your destination. Our prices are guaranteed and do not increase for any reason unless there are changes made to your auto transport.
2) AUTO PICK UP
The second step in the process is the pick up of your auto. In almost all cases, we do pick up at your doorstep in Chandler, Arizona and deliver to the specific destination you gave us when you booked your transport.
The most common things that we run into when picking up from a specific location are local restrictions on getting a big rig into the neighborhood. If there are no limitations regarding driving a big rig then we pick up from the destination you gave us when you scheduled your transport.
Once your transporter arrives, you will do a inspection of the vehicle with the driver. You both will sign the Bill of Lading that designates any existing chips, damage or dings. After you receive a copy of your Bill of Lading, they will load the vehicle, secure it and prepare it for transport from Chandler, Arizona. Once it’s loaded in the transporter the driver will start their journey to the next destination.
Because a transporter moves more than on auto at a time, he/she may have multiple pick ups and deliveries to make prior to your car arriving at its final destination.
3) CAR DELIVERY
As the time gets closer for your car to arrive, your carrier will contact you. It is difficult for a carrier to know precisely when they will arrive before they get closer to the destination because of the many elements that can slow their progress. This includes traffic, weather and federal guidelines regarding rest and how long drivers can actually be on the road.
Normally, you should be contacted by your driver typically within the last 24 hours before your auto is scheduled to arrive. Although we have made it clear to our drivers we prefer as much advance notice for our clients as possible, we do know sometimes they don’t know when they will get there until just a few hours before they get to their destination.
When the vehicle carrier arrives, you will repeat the same inspection that was completed when the vehicle was picked up. The driver will have a copy of the Bill of Lading for you to compare pre-existing dents and dings identified during your pick up inspection. You’ll look over the car again to ensure everything is great and then sign the document. The driver will give you a copy for your records.
So shipping your car to or from Chandler, Arizona can be a reasonably effortless process. We always strive to ensure to make the entire experience pleasant for every client.

We found a great company
I work for a high-end car dealer and we have been using United for some time now. Every time we shipping a car we get quotes from a few different companies, but we always seem to come back to these guys. They always have a good price and we know that they are going to do a fantastic job. Over the years we have had some minor issues, but the great thing about these guys is that they communicate well and solve the problems. I defiantly recommend these guys for shipping your vehicles.
Don't make the same mistake that i did...
I don’t know why i have to learn things the hard way:( I went with the cheapest company and they didn’t show up to pick up my car. I tried calling them all day long and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I had already given them a deposit and so then i had to go through the hassle of doing a chargeback. They had four-stars, so i thought i was good. I started calling around and i found joe with United Car Shipping. He was really nice and explained why the other company couldn’t get a driver to pick up my car. Joe was awesome and he got a driver to come out the next day. Everything worked out and i was very happy with this company. I ended up paying a couple hundred dollars more, and it was worth it! These guys are really nice and the understand how to communicate. Thumbs up for United!
I booked, they picked up and delivered. Everything went smooth and i have noting but good things to say about this company.
Very happy with the service!

Customer service – awesome
Price – average
Pickup – everything went smooth and driver did a great job!
Delivery – driver called the day before and gave me a time and he showed up as he said he would.
Totally recommend this company!
