Most of the concerns regarding moving your automobile are identified in our car shipping blog. It is our pursuit to answer every question you may have about moving your vehicle no matter where it’s going.

But for specific answers regarding moving a vehicle to or from Hialeah, Florida, read on.

Our steps to booking the shipment of your automobile is streamlined. It can be summed up into three steps.

What’s the process for moving my car from Hialeah, Florida? Great question. The first thing is to schedule your transport so your dispatch team can start looking the most ideal transport for your car.

They do have to take into account the size, weight, height and type of truck you are requesting, which most customarily are open and closed options.

We will need basic information about your vehicle like the VIN number, year, make and model of each car you are shipping. This tells us the information we need to properly move your vehicle on a transporter.

We will give you a free transport quote that is all-inclusive of all the costs required to transport your vehicle from origin to your destination. Our prices are guaranteed and will not increase for any reason unless changes are made to your auto transport.

The 2nd step in the process is pick up of your car. In almost all cases, we do pick up at your doorstep in Hialeah, Florida and deliver to the specific destination provided when you booked your transport.

The most common issues that we run into when picking up from a specific location are local limitations on driving a transporter into the neighborhood. If there are no issues regarding driving a transporter then we pick up from the location you provided when you scheduled your transport.

Once your transporter arrives, you will do a inspection of the automobile with the driver. You both will sign the Bill of Lading that designates any existing chips, damage or dents. After you receive a copy of your Bill of Lading, they will load the vehicle, secure it and prepare it for transport from Hialeah, Florida. Once it’s loaded in the carrier the driver will start their journey to the next destination.

Because a driver moves more than on vehicle at a time, he/she may have more pick ups and drop offs to make before your car arriving at its final destination.

As the time gets closer for your car to arrive, your transporter will call you. It is difficult for a carrier to know precisely when they will arrive before they get closer to the destination because of the many variables that can slow their progress. This includes traffic, weather and federal guidelines regarding rest and how long drivers can actually be on the road.

Normally, you should hear from your carrier typically within the last 24 hours before your vehicle is scheduled to arrive. Although we have made it clear to our drivers we prefer as much advance notice for our clients as possible, we do know sometimes they don’t know when they will get there until just a few hours before they get to their destination.

When the vehicle carrier arrives, you will repeat the same inspection that was done when the auto was picked up. The driver will have a copy of the Bill of Lading for you to compare pre-existing dings and dents marked during your pick up inspection. You’ll look over the car again to ensure the car looks good and then sign the document. The driver will give you a copy for your records.

So moving your vehicle to or from Hialeah, Florida can be a reasonably effortless process. We always strive to make sure to make the entire process pleasant for every client.

I work for a high-end car dealer and we have been using United for some time now. Every time we shipping a car we get quotes from a few different companies, but we always seem to come back to these guys. They always have a good price and we know that they are going to do a fantastic job. Over the years we have had some minor issues, but the great thing about these guys is that they communicate well and solve the problems. I defiantly recommend these guys for shipping your vehicles.

I don’t know why i have to learn things the hard way:( I went with the cheapest company and they didn’t show up to pick up my car. I tried calling them all day long and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I had already given them a deposit and so then i had to go through the hassle of doing a chargeback. They had four-stars, so i thought i was good. I started calling around and i found joe with United Car Shipping. He was really nice and explained why the other company couldn’t get a driver to pick up my car. Joe was awesome and he got a driver to come out the next day. Everything worked out and i was very happy with this company. I ended up paying a couple hundred dollars more, and it was worth it! These guys are really nice and the understand how to communicate. Thumbs up for United!

Hialeah ( /ˌhaɪəˈliːə/) is a city in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. With the population of 239,673 at the 2018 United States Census[5], Hialeah is the sixth-largest city in Florida. It is a principal city of the Miami metropolitan area, which was home to an estimated 6,012,331 people at the 2015 census. It is located west-northwest of Miami, and is the only place in the county, other than Homestead, Florida, to have its own street grid numbered separately from the rest of the county (which is otherwise based on Miami Avenue at Flagler Street in downtown Miami, the county seat).

All Hispanics make up 94.7% of the city's population, the second-highest percentage of a Hispanic population in a U.S. city with over 100,000 citizens.
