But for specific answers regarding moving a automobile to or from Mililani, Hawaii, read on.

Our process to booking the delivery of your automobile is simple. It can be divided into three steps.

What’s the process for shipping my car from Mililani, Hawaii? Great question. Our first step is to schedule your transport so your move team can start searching the most ideal transport for your vehicle.

They do have to consider the size, weight, height and type of transporter you are needing, which most customarily are open and closed carriers.

We will need basic information about your shipment like the VIN number, year, make and model of each car you are moving. This tells us the details we need to properly place your vehicle on a truck.

We will provide you a free shipping quote that includes all the costs required to move your automobile from pick up to delivery. Our quotes are guaranteed and will not change for any reason unless changes are made to your auto transport.

The 2nd step in the process is pick up of the vehicle. In almost all cases, we will pick up at your location in Mililani, Hawaii and deliver to the final destination we were given when you booked your transport.

The most common factors that come up when picking up from a home are local restrictions on getting a big rig into the neighborhood. If there are no regulations regarding driving a big rig then we pick up from the address you gave us when you scheduled your transport.

Once your driver arrives, you will do a walk around of the automobile with the driver. You both will sign the Bill of Lading that designates any existing chips, damage or dents. After you receive a copy of your Bill of Lading, they will load the vehicle, secure it and prepare it for transport from Mililani, Hawaii. Once it’s loaded in the transporter the driver will start the journey to the next stop.

Because a transporter delivers more than on auto at a time, he/she may have other pick ups and drop offs to make prior to your car arriving at its final destination.

As the time nears for your vehicle to arrive, your transporter will contact you. It is difficult for a carrier to know precisely when they will arrive before they get closer to the drop off point because of the many influences that can slow their progress. This includes traffic, weather and federal guidelines regarding rest and how long transporters can actually be on the road.

Normally, you should be contacted by your transporter typically within the last 24 hours before your car is scheduled to arrive. Although we have made it clear to our drivers we prefer as much advance notice for our customers as possible, we do know sometimes they don’t know when they will get there until just a few hours before they get to their destination.

When the car transporter arrives, you will repeat the same inspection that was completed when the auto was picked up. The transporter will have a copy of the Bill of Lading for you to compare existing dings and dents marked during your pick up inspection. You’ll look over the car again to ensure everything is great and then sign the document. The driver will give you a copy for your records.

So moving your vehicle to or from Mililani, Hawaii can be a reasonably easy process. We always strive to do all we can to make the entire experience pleasant for every customer.

I work for a high-end car dealer and we have been using United for some time now. Every time we shipping a car we get quotes from a few different companies, but we always seem to come back to these guys. They always have a good price and we know that they are going to do a fantastic job. Over the years we have had some minor issues, but the great thing about these guys is that they communicate well and solve the problems. I defiantly recommend these guys for shipping your vehicles.

I don’t know why i have to learn things the hard way:( I went with the cheapest company and they didn’t show up to pick up my car. I tried calling them all day long and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I had already given them a deposit and so then i had to go through the hassle of doing a chargeback. They had four-stars, so i thought i was good. I started calling around and i found joe with United Car Shipping. He was really nice and explained why the other company couldn’t get a driver to pick up my car. Joe was awesome and he got a driver to come out the next day. Everything worked out and i was very happy with this company. I ended up paying a couple hundred dollars more, and it was worth it! These guys are really nice and the understand how to communicate. Thumbs up for United!

Mililani is a city located near the center of the island of Oʻahu in Honolulu County, Hawaiʻi, United States. It consists of two census-designated places, Mililani Town, with a population of 27,629 at the 2010 census,[3] and Mililani Mauka, with a 2010 census population of 21,039.

Mililani sits on former plantation fields owned by Castle & Cooke, which began planning for its development in the early 1960s under its Oceanic Properties subsidiary. Castle & Cooke's plan was to make Mililani Town a satellite city by using a prestigious group of planners and architects to satisfy Oʻahu's great pent-up demand for housing with a sensitively designed, affordable new community of a type unique in Hawaiʻi. Architect and developer Al Boeke, who would later create the planned community of Sea Ranch, California, was the development director of Mililani.[4] The first homes in Mililani went on sale on June 3, 1968.
