Utah Car Shipping Services

United's network of skilled auto carriers provide both open and enclosed auto transport services to and from the great state of Utah.

The most frequently asked questions customers have when searching for the best vehicle transport company in Utah are largely about about the cost and how it’s done. We are going to answer those questions now.

How Much Does It Cost to Ship My Car To or From Utah?

The typical price to ship a automobile within the United States will be dependent on what kind of trailer you favor open or enclosed, the distance it will travel, and your pick up and delivery preferences. It costs around $2.50 per mile to ship a car less than 200 miles, however costs around 75 cents a mile to move a standard vehicle 1,000 miles or more.

Some of the factors we consider include:

• how far the auto must be transported
• the best time to transport your car
• current cost for fuel
• existing demand for carriers

Your Quote

Your quote will always be inclusive of all costs required to transport your vehicle. Some vehicle trucking companies will tell you a low-ball price just to get your autograph on a contract only to jack up the price after you’ve given a deposit, or worse, when it’s being picked up.

Our quotes are all-inclusive and only change if you make changes that affect the cost. Online quote forms can only estimate your real transport costs so it’s always best to call the car transport company yourself.

Open and Enclosed Carrier Transport

There are various types of transport carriers that move our client's vehicles to and from Utah. We offer both open and enclosed transporters to serve the varied needs of our patrons. Below you’ll find a detailed list of the benefits of each.

Open Carrier

Open auto transport simply means moving your vehicle on a truck that does not provide any enclosure to protect it from everyday environmental elements. This is the way most cars are delivered to car dealerships. It is also the most common method of transporter on the road and a viable way to transport your car.

There are more open carriers on the road than any other type of transporter so that makes them the least expensive way to move your vehicle. This also means we have more open carriers traveling through Utah at any given time so pickup times are often more flexible.

Enclosed Car Transporters

Moving your auto in an enclosed truck will give you the ultimate confidence. As the name suggests, enclosed auto carriers provide the greatest level of protection from weather, elements, rocks or any other possible threat.

As a bonus, enclosed auto transporters typically have more experience with expensive vehicles. The most common cars transported in an enclosed carrier are antique, collectible or classic cars and motorcycles. They also transport:

• vehicles from car auctions
• vintage race cars
• car show transport
• exotic vehicle show transport
• antique and classic vehicles (as I mentioned above)

The expense of moving a car on an enclosed truck is more because there are fewer enclosed trucks available and they can not transport as many autos on their truck as an open carrier can.

Motorcycle Shipping From or To Utah

Motorcycle Shipping by UnitedWe do also offer bike and motorcycle shipping across the United States and internationally. We also ship dirt bikes and ATVs door-to-door to almost any destination worldwide. Normally motorcycles are transported in an enclosed transporter.

So request a quote now! Our team is ready to answer any questions you have and help you move your vehicle to or from Utah.

No Deposit Required

Some competitors will require a down payment prior to your auto being picked up. We do not. We work diligently to arrange your move and don’t request payment until your driver is on their way. This ensures you are only charged the amount you agreed upon and no tricky scams because we stick to the quote we provide to transport your vehicle.

No matter what you need to move your vehicle to/from Utah, UNITED's auto transport team will provide you with great customer service, and safe, reliable auto transport services no matter where we deliver for you.

Don't make the same mistake that i did...

I don’t know why i have to learn things the hard way:( I went with the cheapest company and they didn’t show up to pick up my car. I tried calling them all day long and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I had already given them a deposit and so then i had to go through the hassle of doing a chargeback. They had four-stars, so i thought i was good. I started calling around and i found joe with United Car Shipping. He was really nice and explained why the other company couldn’t get a driver to pick up my car. Joe was awesome and he got a driver to come out the next day. Everything worked out and i was very happy with this company. I ended up paying a couple hundred dollars more, and it was worth it! These guys are really nice and the understand how to communicate. Thumbs up for United!

I work at a car dealer in town and we have been using United for quite some time. Over the years we have tried many companies and have been burned over and over. These guys aren’t perfect, but they communicate very well and keep us up to date when issues arise.
I have had them deliver many cars to my customer’s and they always have good things to say about this company. I enjoy working with them and I recommend them to other dealers, friends and family. You can’t go wrong when hiring a company like United to ship your vehicles!

Utah (/ˈjuːtɔː/ YOO-taw, /-tɑː/ -tah listen) is a state in the western United States. It became the 45th state admitted to the U.S. on January 4, 1896. Utah is the 13th-largest by area, 31st-most-populous, and 10th-least-densely populated of the 50 United States. Utah has a population of more than 3 million according to the Census estimate for July 1, 2016. Urban development is mostly concentrated in two areas: the Wasatch Front in the north-central part of the state, which contains approximately 2.5 million people; and Washington County in Southern Utah, with over 160,000 residents.[8] Utah is bordered by Colorado to the east, Wyoming to the northeast, Idaho to the north, Arizona to the south, and Nevada to the west. It also touches a corner of New Mexico in the southeast.

Approximately 62% of Utahns are reported to be members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church), making Utah the only state with a majority population belonging to a single church.[9] This greatly influences Utahn culture and daily life.[10] The LDS Church's world headquarters is located in Salt Lake City.[11][12]
