Had the pleasure of working with Doug on delivering me my limited edition car from Fresno. Doug was extremely fast to reply to the inquiry and get me details and a quote. The best part was that he kept me updated throughout the process. I got the car a day early and that made the service better. When the car arrived they did a great job making sure it came out the trailer with no scratches or dings. Their was no rush and it was done professionally and with extreme caution. I will be using Doug for all my future car shipping needs and am confident that he is the best in the business and anyone that needs a car shipped should give him a shot and just compare the initial response from other shippers. I found this business on Yelp and based on the reviews didn't think twice about requesting a quote. I gave Doug a follow up call--he spent 10-15 min on the phone with me answering all of my questions and walking me through the entire process of shipping my car from Chicago to San Jose. He made every effort to accommodate the dates I needed for the move and made sure that my car was taken care. Doug also gave me both quotes on Enclosed and Exposed transport . I'd never done a vehicle transport before so I had NO Clue. Couldn't have been an easier or less stressful experience.

Moving can be overwhelming specially when it's such a long distance but United car shipping and Joe in particular makes the car shipping one less thing to worry about . Right from the moment I got the quote , till the car was delivered it was very smooth to work with him . He gives the best quote relatively between dependable car shipping companies , the price is firm but very professional and worth it. Also the car was shipped in exactly 3 days , was picked on a Friday and was delivered Monday . I couldn't be more happier and relieved that I chose them for car shipping.

I was really scared to ship my Porsche from San Francisco to Dallas TX, however, United Car Shipping made it quick and easy. I contacted United and Dave replied to my online quote request within a few minutes. He was extremely professional when answering my questions. I booked my car to be shipped, from Sunnyvale to Denver, Colorado, by RoadRunner Auto Transport months in advance. During the week that my vehicle was supposed to be shipped, there was no communication from this company, despite my efforts in calling and leaving numerous messages. In desperation, I started to make phone calls to several local shippers in the Bay Area. Everyone wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for this last minute request, except United Car Shipping. They came to my rescue! Not only their price was reasonable, but also the whole transaction was smoothly taking care of by Joe. I was very impressed with the service and the communication that Joe provided. And, It took only two days for the driver to get my car to Denver from the date that it was picked up in Sunnyvale! Wow!! I am grateful!

Scheduled to book our Honda CRV from Decatur, GA to Saratoga, CA and was quoted $1295. Although they took the credit card information at the time of booking, there was no deposit. About two weeks before our scheduled window to ship the car, we found a friend who wanted to road trip out west and called to cancel our car shipment. The cancellation was just as easy as the booking with no cancellation fee. It sounds like there sometimes is a $250 cancellation fee but I'm unsure of when that fee applies. If you're unsure on if you want to ship or not, it'd probably be best to wait until you know for sure in order to avoid any of chance of being subjected to the cancellation fee. In our case, they said they would only need about a one week notice to book the car since each car doesn't get assigned a truck until the week of pick-up. Overall very satisfied with the customer service!

When all other car shipping companies fail to meet out needs to move our car from the bay area to Dallas metro, United car shipping worked their magic to support us. In the tight schedule, Joseph worked with us to find the carrier and was spot on when it comes to pickup and delivery dates. If you want to ship your car interstate in timely manner, I would highly recommend United shipping. All the way five stars!!!

Even though there are many options for shipping, I will definitely go with United as my first choice from now on. These guys provide great service at a very affordable rate. We had contacted a few other places, but just did not feel comfortable with the prices or service we were given over the phone. Chris was very friendly and professional, and he knew exactly what to do with the vehicle to make sure it was safe and secure throughout the entire trip. I needed a Polaris Slingshot three-wheel vehicle shipped and they knew exactly what was needed to get it done. Even the person that I purchased it from had to call me to tell me how courteous and professional the company in the driver were. The trailer they sent was enclosed and top-notch. My slingshot rode with a Ferrari in the same trailer. If you are looking for someone to move a vehicle this the company to call. You will not be disappointed. One of the last places I called, but I'm glad I did. United gave me a reasonable quote but I was impressed with the early delivery, they allowed for weather delays getting up there which ended up being a non-issue. Overall satisfied and would use again. Driving sucks, let someone else do it, U N I T E D!!!

We used United car transport to move our Honda pilot from San Francisco to New Hampshire during the holiday season. Joe worked with us and is a great guy. He worked extra hard to get drivers to come pick up our vehicle around Christmas time and also to get our car dropped off at our new house in NH which was quite out of the way. All in all, Joe really took care of us during that time. Highly recommend going with him and United, very much a class act.

I contacted ABC Car Transport via Yelp on a Saturday evening and I couldn't believe how quickly I heard back from Chris. He was very professional and explained things to be so well. The paperwork for shipping is very easy to fill out and the drop off instructions with the driver were seamless. Shout out to the dispatcher, Bobby as well as the driver, Drexel. Drexel called me 24 hours in advance and even arrived earlier than the time agreed the next day. The car was safely delivered to LA. I can't say enough great things about this company!

I shipped a Subaru Forester from SF to LA. ABC booking office responded to booking request and questions VERY fast (by Yelp and e-mail), even on weekends and weekday evenings. Dispatch and driver, however, were harder to reach; as the pickup date approached, it was difficult to pin down exact day/time of pickup and delivery (this is reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Pickup week was exactly when I wanted it. Pickup window was promised to be within a 2 day period, and actual pickup ended up being on the 2nd day. Transport time was 1 day as promised. Price was better than competitors, and there were no surprise fees. Office people and driver were all very friendly. Highly recommend!

My interactions with ABC transport went smooth and seamless! Not only were their prices competitive but more importantly the service was amazing. I didn't have the slightest clue about shipping a vehicle and they made it easy. I loved that they sent notifications about my vehicles departure and arrival. Whenever I had questions ( I had a lot) they were quick to answer and super friendly. If you ever need a vehicle to be transported I highly recommend them.

Joe was always quick to respond to my texts via Yelp and email. He coordinated 3 cars shipped from San Jose, CA to upstate NY. It was done in 2 stages. 1 was shipped early to be there when I arrived. It was a couple days later than I hoped, but I'm pretty remote so it's only fair to cut him a break. The local driver on the second stage of the journey had some delays, but all 3 arrived just fine. His price was also the best I could find. Trust Joe. He'll get it done.

I reached out to Joe on Saturday who not only was quick to get back to me but had a driver out on Monday to pick up. I moved my car from CA to NJ. Car got picked up Monday and I got it Saturday morning. Thanks again Joe you were a huge lifesaver. Definitely would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future.

I called 2 weeks ahead of time thinking this would be plenty of time to set up the transportation of my car on or about a certain day and to be able to receive it on the other end at the appropriate time. I moved my car from Florida to Dallas. Getting it there was a challenge. I hired a local company in Florida to move it because I liked their low quote. That was a mistake. What I found out was these guys bid so low they couldn't pay anyone to move my car and when it came time to pickup the car, no one would do it. I was supposed to be in Dallas on Thursday and my car was supposed to be waiting there for me. Not a chance. PLUS they wanted to keep my deposit FOR DOING NOTHING. I had to find another company who could help me out quick - and someone that would really do the job like they promised. He walked me through the entire process, picked up when he said they would and dropped off on time. It was a relief to get my car in Dallas and even though the car was four days past it's original departure date, it was to Dallas faster than it would have been had the other yo-yos shipped. I only had to rent a car for two days and couldn't be happier with everything Joe did to make things flow as smoothly as they could. I highly recommend United Car Shipping for any car transportation services you need. These guys get the job done and communicate well through the whole process. I don’t know why i have to learn things the hard way:( I went with the cheapest company and they didn’t show up to pick up my car. I tried calling them all day long and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I had already given them a deposit and so then i had to go through the hassle of doing a chargeback. They had four-stars, so i thought i was good. I started calling around and i found joe with United Car Shipping. He was really nice and explained why the other company couldn’t get a driver to pick up my car. Joe was awesome and he got a driver to come out the next day. Everything worked out and i was very happy with this company. I ended up paying a couple hundred dollars more, and it was worth it! These guys are really nice and the understand how to communicate.
