But for specific answers regarding moving a vehicle to or from Denver, Colorado, read on.

Our procedure to scheduling the delivery of your automobile is streamlined. It can be divided into three parts.

1) PRELIMINARY STEPS TO CAR SHIPPING

What’s the process for transporting my car from Denver, Colorado? Great question. The first step is to book your transport so your transport team can start looking the best move for your car.

They do have to take into consideration the size, weight, height and type of carrier you are needing, which primarily are open and closed carriers.

We will need general details about your car like the VIN number, year, make and model of each car you are shipping. This provides the information we need to properly place your vehicle on a carrier.

We will provide you a free shipping quote that includes everything required to ship your car from origin to your destination. Our prices are guaranteed and do not change for any reason unless you make changes to your shipment.

2) AUTO PICK UP

The 2nd step in the process is pick up of the car. In almost all cases, we do pick up at your home in Denver, Colorado and deliver to the specified destination we were given when you booked your move.

The only factors that come up when picking up from a specific location are local restrictions on getting a truck into the neighborhood. If there are no limitations regarding driving a big rig then we pick up from the destination you gave us when you scheduled your transport.

Once your transporter arrives, you will do a inspection of the vehicle with the driver. You both will sign the Bill of Lading that identifies any existing chips, damage or dents. After you receive a copy of your Bill of Lading, they will load the vehicle, secure it and prepare it for transport from Denver, Colorado. Once it’s loaded on the transporter the driver will start the journey to the next destination.

Because a transporter moves more than on car at a time, he/she may have other pick ups and deliveries to make before your car reaching its final destination.

3) AUTO DELIVERY

As the time gets closer for your car to arrive, your driver will contact you. It is difficult for a driver to know exactly when they will arrive before they get closer to the destination because of the many elements that can slow their progress. This includes traffic, weather and federal guidelines regarding rest and how long transporters can actually be on the road.

Normally, you should be contacted by your carrier typically within the last 24 hours before your auto is scheduled to arrive. Although we have made it clear to our drivers we prefer as much advance notice for our clients as possible, we do know sometimes they don’t know when they will get there until just a few hours before they get to their destination.

When the auto transporter arrives, you will repeat the same inspection that was done when the vehicle was picked up. The transporter will have a copy of the Bill of Lading for you to compare pre-existing damage marked during the pick up inspection. You’ll look over the car again to ensure everything is great and then sign the document. The driver will give you a copy for your records.

So moving your vehicle to or from Denver, Colorado can be a reasonably effortless process. We always strive to make sure to make the entire experience pleasant for every client.

We found a great company

I work for a high-end car dealer and we have been using United for some time now. Every time we shipping a car we get quotes from a few different companies, but we always seem to come back to these guys. They always have a good price and we know that they are going to do a fantastic job. Over the years we have had some minor issues, but the great thing about these guys is that they communicate well and solve the problems. I defiantly recommend these guys for shipping your vehicles.

I don’t know why i have to learn things the hard way:( I went with the cheapest company and they didn’t show up to pick up my car. I tried calling them all day long and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I had already given them a deposit and so then i had to go through the hassle of doing a chargeback. They had four-stars, so i thought i was good. I started calling around and i found joe with United Car Shipping. He was really nice and explained why the other company couldn’t get a driver to pick up my car. Joe was awesome and he got a driver to come out the next day. Everything worked out and i was very happy with this company. I ended up paying a couple hundred dollars more, and it was worth it! These guys are really nice and the understand how to communicate. Thumbs up for United!
