    Atlis Motors Car Shipping Services

Atlis Motors announced on Monday the signing of two Memorandums of Understanding with companies to assist in establishing cell production lines and packaging facilities at its corporate headquarters in Arizona. Atlis Motors manufactures its battery cells, the AMV, at its Mesa, Ariz., location, and is developing cells and packs for powering its XP platform and the XP Battery-electric Pickup Truck, which has driving ranges of 300-500 miles. Atlis Motor Vehicles says its prototype of an electric XT pickup is the first to go into production, featuring 300, 400, or 500-mile batteries that recharge in under 15 minutes.

Atlis Motor Vehicles claims 19 could go 500 miles on a charge, with enough muscle to haul trailers and do other jobs not possible in passenger-oriented EV pickups. In another February agreement, Atlis Motor Vehicles signed a joint deal with an undisclosed military provider to transform Humvees into EVs. The military provider will develop, design, and produce military-grade hardware using the Atlis XP platform for U.S. forces and foreign allies. According to Atlis Motors CEO Mark Hanchett, Atlis Motors has already built in-house the engines, transmissions, chassis, and suspensions for the platform and/or the trucks, along with body control modules, vehicle dynamics systems, and braking systems. At the heart of the hardware platform of Atlis Motor Vehicles will be patented battery technology that can recharge a full-size pickup truck in 15 minutes, as well as a modular systems architecture that can be scaled up or down depending on a particular vehicles or equipment applications needs.

Atlis is focused on developing battery technologies designed specifically for the auto industry. Atlis is revolutionizing battery technology from the ground up with the worlds first Cube AMV cell, which can charge 0-100 percent in under 15 minutes, providing consistently good performance under all conditions. ATLIS is revolutionizing battery technology from the ground up, and has developed the AMV Cell completely in-house, reinventing the way work vehicles are powered.

The companys vehicles and technology platforms will house plug-and-play modules in an extremely simplified, yet unconventional, arrangement, which will be applicable to future vehicles, and also trucks. The standard XP platform is composed of two identical modular drive systems, located at the front and back of an EV utility truck, with four drive motors, independent suspension, a Drive-by-Wire technology, and a ATLIS battery unit. The Atlis XT is four-wheel-drive with four independent traction motors, meaning there is one motor per wheel, just like in the Rivian R1T.

The Atlis will also be sold as a plug-and-play standalone modular electric chassis (or skateboard) to builders looking for a Class 2B through 6 heavy-duty chassis platform for box trucks, dump trucks, utility trucks, RVs, and other applications. Atlis Motors has some really neat ideas — especially around simplifying platform components into something you could possibly use in a city-based delivery truck, up to and including light- to medium-duty semi trucks.

Its XT trucks are essentially pickups that can do bigger jobs, so its early target market is going to be the kind of customers that Atlis CEO Mark Hanchett calls Class Two, Class Three customers like utilities and cable companies, not the Ford F-150 crowd, at least at first. Basically, the Atlis XT is tailored for the work truck crowd, so it does not pretend it is smaller, softer, or more domestic.

The XT pick-up will be our entry-level market solution in the world of work, and is intended as only the start of a long series of vehicle solutions built around the Atlis Motor Vehicles XP platform. This platform of technologies will be used to rapidly develop new vehicle solutions, minimizing costs and time. The XP Technology platform will enable Atlis Motor Vehicles to rapidly partner with strategic partners looking to develop new vehicle solutions for both niche and mass-market opportunities, leveraging a wide range of capabilities that we aim to deliver.

As a result, Atlis Motor Vehicles will need to build out the capabilities in locations that are within a short distance from our owners of the XT Pickup Truck and the XP Truck platforms. A situation like having only one vendor may inhibit our ability to ensure cost, schedule, and long-term viability for the Atlis Motor Vehicles The XT Pickup Truck, XP Truck Platform, or Advanced Charging station. As the right-hand-drive convertor for GM, Ford, and Ram pickup trucks, Australian Manufactured Vehicles is running low on stock, with supply chain interruptions strangling truck production and exports.

MESA, Ariz., Sept. 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Atlis Motor Vehicles (ATLIS), a mobility tech start-up, announced today that it has signed a collaboration agreement with Australian Manufactured Vehicles Pty Ltd (AusMV), where AusMV will purchase ATLIS XT pickups and will finish production of the trucks right-hand-drive in Australia to sell to Oceania and the Southeast Asian markets under the ATLIS brand. MESA, Ariz., Sept. 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Atlis Motor Vehicles (ATLIS ), a startup mobility technology company, announced today the signing of a Collaboration Agreement with Australian Manufactured Vehicles Pty Ltd (AusMV) in which AusMV will buy ATLIS XT pickups and complete right-hand drive production in Australia for sale in the Oceania and Southeast Asia market under the ATLIS brand. ATLIS is developing an electric utility work truck as well as batteries and engines for driving the EV, partnering with world-class vehicle supplier of drivetrain components, VCST, aiming to provide product development support.

It is generally accepted that a brand-new vehicle, in a new platform, would cost approximately $2 billion to develop – considerably less if, as with Bollinger Motors, a company does not expect to reach mass-production or meet light-vehicle standards. Atlis Motors CEO Mark Hanchett is targeting mass production, however; he is discussing tens of thousands of vehicles in the near future, perhaps hundreds more afterward, aiming to make Atlis Motors vehicles instead of having them contracted out — and that is a far higher financial hurdle, particularly without any factories being developed. Despite starting small, Atlis CEO Mark Hanchett is sure that its biggest push, with fast-charging batteries, will make a difference soon, with the automotive industry working hard to persuade consumers and business customers to switch from ICE-powered vehicles to battery-powered ones.
